SIMC

This has been slowly rising after finding a new support level. It hit resistance at the 50dma, but
will blow through it if volume increases. Watch this, if it draws attention in pre-market trading then it's going to get some volume. Not an ideal setup, but if you like a little risk, this can really make a move.
