An All-Time High!

Now, I'm no financial genius, but shouldn't you get all time highs in a bull market? "All-time high" was all I heard all day long. Unfortunately, the DJIA was the only one that showed any strength today (if about 5 points is strength). The Russell 2000 is getting weaker, the Nasdaq and NDX were flat. Watch money flow, I am convinced the big guys are getting out on strength.
The Semiconductors were encouraging today, looks to me like there is still a lot of room up.
