Pet Food Recall, Part 3

Here is a really good summary of the pet food recall saga so far. Most notable to me was the entry of April 3, which says the wheat gluten was shipped with "minimal labeling" and no one is sure whether or not any made it into human food. The April 20 entry is also notable for this statement:

"The Food and Drug Administration reportedly suspects the contaminated imported Chinese wheat gluten that has caused several pet food recalls may have been intentionally spiked with the harmful industrial chemical melamine. "

And also, the April 21 entry, stating that hog feed may have been contaminated. I guess if you don't like bacon you are safe.
