This is a new one for me, and looking at it's earnings growth, I can see why. Nothing terribly impressive in the fundamentals, and the float is 30 million shares, with 10% of the float short. But technically, this is a pretty good chart, with a breakout (by one cent) from a nice pattern, very good relative strength, with the only weakness mediocre CMF and low volume on the breakout today.
