This is from the relative strength scan, and is setting up nicely for a potential breakout. Notice the relative strength line increasing while price is decreasing. The riskiest entry would be a breakout above the 50dma, next riskiest a breakout above the trendline, and least rsiky a break above 12.80. Of course, volume should be increasing on any breakout attempt, otherwise it is prone to failure.
