Friday New Highs

Friday new highs, sorted by industry. Utilities were very prominent today.

I have some holiday related activities this weekend, so I don't know how my posting schedule will be affected. I should have my normal IBD 100 post tomorrow morning. The relative strength scans may not get posted until Sunday. Other than that, I have no idea how much I will be able to post.
