Here is another one with conflicting information. Apparently in late October it was listed on the AMEX (blue arrow), so Finviz has it at a new high today, but it apparently traded over the counter before then. I have very little information on this (even Finviz and stockcharts don't agree on the company name), and absolutely no news to explain today's move.
