A new high close for this today, which has been popping up on a lot of scans. It is in the property & casualty insurance industry, has 23 million shares floating, and about 7% of the float short. It did not get breakout type volume today, so we could see a consolidation here, or we could see a big boost in volume if this catches someone's attention.
