These are the decliners. Notice I have six highlighted. Lat weekend there were 7 school stocks on the relative strength scan. ^ of them declined dramatically on high volume (the seventh, LOPE, also declined, but relative volume was only 1.1). At the risk of doing a reverse Cramer, I think this is a pretty good top signal.
