New highs were in short supply, and new highs that weren't penny stocks were in even shorter supply, so I looked through the relative strenght list for some interesting charts. TSL is possibly the most interesting, as it is in the process of pulling back to the 50dma, undercutting it slightly today. The price relative is showing some weakness, and there have been higher volume down days of late, including today.
