I don't know what these guys do, but they have been awarded porkulus stimulus money to develop electric cars that nobody wants. They popped up on the new highs list lat, and went to the fron of the line for highest relative volume, so I missed the majority of this move. The midpoint between the breakout point and the high of the push up would have been an ideal buy point, and this missed it by a few cents before taking off again.
