LOCM

This is a nice, although unusual, cup and handle pattern. It is unusual in that the cup is short and the handle is long. It gave a scare on a high volume break of the 50dma (blue arrow), but that turned into a bear trap (if you like shorting $3 stocks). Since then it's made a nice move up on increasing volume.
