Relative Strength Scans

Here are the results of this week's relative strength scan. The methods are the same as I have been using, however, I am taking the same data and experimenting with some changes to the methodology, and will post those results later. the relative strength spreadsheet got messed up in the process, but I should have li fixed later today, if not I will have it up tomorrow.
