ROY is in the nonmetallic minerals mining group, so it is one of the few stocks not producing gold or silver that broke out today. This is a pretty nie cup and handle for a thinly traded stock, and the breakout point was pretty obvious. CMF and price relative are on the weak side, but overall I like this chart.
