Breakout Candidates

Here are the four highest ranking breakouts in terms of relative volume. ADI is a classic double bottom base, CBRL is a cup with high handle, DLTR might be clssified a flat base despite the recent dip, and DSW is not a base but a follow on move to a previous breakout, which gave an entry point when it pulled back to fill in the gap, and is probably not a good entry here.
