SPEC

SPEC is a formet leading stock that has been in a very long base but shallow base, so it didn;t take too long to hit a new high as it came  up the right side. Price relative is horribly weak, but CMF does not show massive bailing out during the base building process, and in fact may be showing some rotation into this. This, by the way, is an earnings breakout.
