MSN is making a big move intraday as it has just declared a dividend of $1.10 per share. This has had big breakouts on it's last 2 earnings reports.
This is does not have stellar CAN SLIM attributes, but apparently they are improving. At less than 10 million shares floating, this can be a screamer when it gets volume, as it is today. Fundamentals are not bad, although the decline in sales is troubling. It's low price virtually assures that it will be ignored by IBD, but I think it merits further investigation.
