SXCI

SXCI has been a sometimes-leading stock for the better part of the last year, but broke out today before it had a chance to complete the base it was building. O'Neil is very distrustful of "off the bottom: breakouts, and this is a pretty good example. I will try to remember to track this one to see what it does.
