Congress Strikes Again

Financial reform is now law, and the market doesn't seem to like it. 1070, so far, is holding on the SPX.


EDIT: I have conflicting headlines here, one says the market is tanking on the financial reform bill, another on Bernanke testimony. Sheesh, I'll try to get this sorted out later.
