SVR

SVR has what IBD calls an "iceberg", one of those annoying price spikes that keeps it off the new highs list un til it is well past the breakout point. In this case, it didn't matter, because it did not get breakout volume until today, and gapped well over the breakout point. Ordinarily this chart ould not be impressive until you look at the price relative line.
