FRD formed what looks like a decent looking cup and handle pattern, but is missing one important feature: a prior up trend. This is one of the high growth stocks from a couple of years ago that went into a total collapse in late 2008 and never came back; however, it's last earnings were pretty good, so this could be starting a new growth phase.
