For a cheap stock this is a pretty nice pattern, but it dos have several flaws. Price relative is on the low side, CMF shows very little accmulation, and ATR is a little high for a base. This did break through a tough resistance level on high volume, and average daily volume has been increasing, so this could be the sart of a pretty good move,
