CCF

I have no news on this whatsoever, and volume doesn't look as high as it is, thanks to a big spike in June. This went through very high volatility in May and June, then settled into a nice short base after a breakout in early July. ATR dropped quite low while that base was forming, and CMF shows some accumulation, but price relative looks a little bit weak to me. Apparently somebody big has been getting into this, and they ecided it was time to push it up today.
