CF tooped out in March of this year, then went into a terrible decline which ended in June. That decline undercut the previous base, resetting the base count, so this has plenty of room to move up, but has yet to form a base, so this is a high risk entry until it does. Apparently there was a corn crop failure this year, combine with a wheat failure in Russia, and the drop in the dollar, that will put extreme pressure on grain prices, and this will be one of the biggest beneficiaries of that.
