OGE

OGE is an earnings breakout, something we haven't seen much lately but will be seeing more of the next few weeks. this formed a nice cup with a very long handle, the true breakout point being at 41.11, just below the previous high, although it broke though both today, on really nice volume. This is a utility, another group that has been strong lately.
