SKS

SKS was not quite a breakout, but was an oasis of green in a sea of red on the relative strength list. It has a decently strong price relative line, volume has been good of late, and ATR went quite low but started rising agian just before today. this may be in the process of forming a handle of a 5 month base; if so, today's high would be the breakout point.
