This sort of looks like an O'neil high, tight flag pattern, but this has been trading only since May, and did not have a breakout point from which to measure. This is one of the gazillion Chinese IPOs this year that nobody knows anything about, and one of the few that hasn't gone sky high yet, so this is probably the start of a big move up.
