VMI

VMI broke out of a very short base after going practically straight up since September. It gapped up big, had a wide range just after the open, then settled down and went nowhere. This is not the kind of gap up I ike to leap into, I think the best strategy here is to watch it for a week or so and see what it does. It could pull back to retest the breakout point, an ideal entry point; it could go sideways for a while, a bullish pattern which is usually followed by a pretty big move up; or it could just take off from here, in which case it might be best to let it go.
