ITC

ITC is one of the utilities, in this case the electric utilities group, that dropped dramatically earlier this month, but bounced back very sharply, breaking out today. what is really amazing here is that the price relative line broke out just before the collapse in price, and actually rose while price was collapsing. That would have been a screaming buy signal had I been able to see it. Hopefully in the future I will.
