There weren't a lot of breakouts today, but among the top in relative volume were one on the earnings list and 2 on the leadership list. PEET has several characteristics that I look for in a breakout: a pror breakout followed by an 20% or better move up - check; a 50% retracement of that move - close enough, check; followed by another breakout on higher volume - check, and a price relative line hitting a new high before the breakout - check. This one goes on my buy watchlist.
