Here are the industries that have 10% or more of their stocks making new highs.

There are no real leading industries on either list. Oil and gas pipelines, which for several months had the highest 40 week average of relative strength, has been declining sharply, with the 40 week averge still in the top 10 but dropping fast. Interestingly enough, there are still quite a few stocks in the group that have strong charts, and now appear to be in the late stages of base building. This group nmay begin rising again fairly soon, although it will probably not be as broad based as it was previously.
