One thing notable here is that most of the relative strength list was down pretty big on the morning. After the close, most of the stocks getting a relative volume of 1.5 or higher were up on the day. A pretty staggering reversal.
Here are the reports I have after the close, with after hours trading: WLT down 8%, WTI up 5%, TSO up 3.2%, CBOU down 1.3%, HTCO not trading, KS up 5%, LHCG down 0.5%, MELI down 3%, NEU not rading, and PNNT not trading.
