HITK hit a new high today by one penny, so I would not consider this a breakout (in the O;Neil system it is because the breakout point is at the high of the handle, where the short blue line is). I suspect this has some pretty serious resistance at 32.83, and unless this gets above it decisively (and it's going to need better volume than today), I would not get near this now. However, this did have a breakout in price relative last week, so that does increase the probabilities for a breakout.
