JAZZ

JAZZ looked like a breakout when I looked at it this morning, but it just couldn't get any volume, a problem with several potential breakouts I saw today. Volatility has been very high here of late, after several months of very low volatilty, and it has a very strong price relative line, which indicates the potential for a big move, but it just wasn't today.
