Price Relative Scans

I may have the problem I found yesterday fixed, because today I came up with several hundred new 20 day highs in price relative, but when I scanned for breakouts I came up with none. I alo scanned for 5 day breakouts and came up with 86.  Of those, 7 were in the top 25% of their 52 week price ranges last weekend, so i am going to look at the charts and see if they actually are breakouts. These are the seven stocks: UN, KO, UL, PPDI, SHPGY, ARCW, and WEC.
