Price Relative Scans

I am having a boatload of problems with my main price relative spreadsheet, it is running very slowly right now so I haven;t been able to do the scans yet. On the other spreadsheet, I have new highs on price relative in CF, DGSE, and PSMT, but none of those are breakouts.
