Cigiarettes is among the leaders in stocks advancing, but has no new highs. It is, though, one of the few leading groups I have not graphed for a while. This graph looks like the group is pretty weak, but in comparison, it is actually one of the strongest in the market, which illustrates why O'Neil does not believe in investing in "safety" sectors during market corrections. Even though they hold up better than the rest of the market, they will still get hammered if the correction is severe enough.
