Tuesday Morning Update

I have tried unsuccessfully for about 45 minutes to get a chart loaded, and I just can't get one to load all the way. (EDIT: Finally got one). So far this morning we have rallied up to 1190, but are now starting to hit some resistance. If I could get the damn chart to load I would see where the 50dma is,(EDIT: it's at 1207)  because I will bet it's damn close, and I suspect we will hit a wall there. Leading sectors today are XLB and XLE, lagging are XLP and XLU. The Nasdaq is lagging again today, but the Russell 2000 has a big lead. Oil and gold are both getting pretty humongous bounces, as are treasury yields.

I have 25 new highs so far, with breakouts in WINA, PRGO, HSY, CHD, OKS, and ABCO. I have no reports thi morning, but have one from SNX scheduled after the close.
