VIFL was one of very few new highs that was not a gold stock, which was the only notable thing about it. It has not drawn more than 100k shares once in the last six months, and is breaking out after a straight off the bottom move. It also has a weak price relative line, and rising ATR, so this likely to get a lot of volatility on even a small increase in volume.
