COG was one of the first breakouts I noticed today, probably because it was on the relative strength list and was among the leaders in relative volume. However, as the day wore on, both volume and price trailed off, and this finished well off the hig, and well below the breakout point. The weak price relative line gave us a warning this one would be a little weak, and it was.
