GRMN

GRMN has been in a 6 month base, and has come off the bottom with barely a pause in about a month. It finally hit a new high today on a big gap up but formed the dreaded black candle. nothing really looks good here, and the price relative line is flat over the last month, and didn't even hit a new high today. Not a very compelling chart.
