New High Scans

Here is a good illustration of the problem Finviz is having. These are the 4 new highs popping up on their scan, but 3 of them show up as recent IPOs, even though none of them actually are. In reality, there is only one new high. I don't know how pervasive this is, or how long it has been going on, but it is really screwing things up.
