Price Relative Scans

I have 29 50 day breakouts in price relative (Finviz screen here ) and 51 20 day breakouts (here). I have been investigating why  am getting a few repeat stocks on the screens. It looks like it has something to do with the If-Then statements I use to scan for new highs, and I;m not sure I can fix that. The problem might get better as I get more data. I may also change the time frames that I scan. On the 2nd spreadsheet I have a 20 day breakout in PSMT.
