 Here are the industries with 5% or more of their stocks making new highs.

Discount and variety stores is a group I have been watching for several weeks now. It has 3 stocks hitting new highs today (one is an acquisition), but the rest of the group is weak, and overall the group has been weakening steadily for over a year. It still has held up well in relative strength, as would be expected for a defensive group, but if the market goes into an uptrend I would not be looking to this industry for leadership.
