Here are the industries with 100% of their stocks advancing today. Notice not one has a stock making a new high.

Auto parts wholesale is a group I haven;t been watching very closely, and the graph illustrates why. It is only 5 stocks, so any moves in the group are going to be high in terms of percentage. The is one stock in the group hitting a new high, but the rest are not very impressive. With one stock in the relative strength range, that is good for 20%, which lately has been leadership material. This is an excellent example of one of the hurdles I have in trying to judge industry strength.
