Here are the industries with 10% of their stocks making new highs.

It's been at least a couple of weeks since I liked at diversified utilities, whih, until last week, was one of the strongest groups in the market. It's recent relative weakness is probably due more to money going into the most beaten up industries (if you saw the weekend industry post, you saw that all the leading industries lost ground last week while the market was rallying). If the market rallies from here, this one witll go up, but slowly, if the market drops this one will hold up relatively well.
