Breakouts

I was wondering why I wasn't seeing many breakouts this morning when I noticed that I had the new highs ranked by relative volume from bottom to top rather than top to bottom, so I fixed that and , shazam, saw a bunch of breakouts. Here are the top 6; I am now stalking APOL for an entry point.
