INTC

There isn't much doubt about INTC, which has a much stronger pattern and, while the price relative line is short term weak, it is very strong in the longer term. The problem with this is, in the last 3 years or so, this has broken out a couple of times, only to go nowhere afterwards. Maybe this time is different.
