OSUR

OSUR had the highest relative volume among the breakouts I saw today, but other than that there really isn't much that is impressive here. I do like the fact that ATR dropped to a very low level before the breakout, but since the October bottom, this has performed almost exactly evenly with the market, not a leadership trait.
