Relative Strength By Industry

Here are the top 30 industries ranked by percentage of stocks in the relative strength range this week. Just as I suspected, the groups with the most stocks advancing this week were among the weaker groups. I will be concentrating on those groups that have 4 or more categories highlighted. Of note this week is that oil and gas pipelines has moved back into the top 10 in 40 week average.
